Welcome to Villa Alea, the 4-star villa in which you can experience total wellbeing. We promise you a sublime experience where you will find the perfect balance between home and nature.
The villa offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a flat-screen satellite TV, a comfortable dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the city. During your stay at Villa Alea, you can unwind in the private spa and wellness area featuring a sauna and hot tub. For those who enjoy the outdoors, cycling paths and a peaceful garden provide the perfect way to relax and connect with nature.
Reservations
You can book directly with us for private reservations, which often allows for more flexibility and personalized arrangements.
Villa Alea is also available on Airbnb and Booking.com, so you’re welcome to make a reservation through those platforms if you prefer. For the best experience and direct communication, we recommend contacting us privately to check availability, prices, and special offers.

Natural colors and modern shapes
Villa Alea offers four elegantly designed bedrooms, each combining modern comfort with a touch of luxury. Every room is spacious, air-conditioned, and carefully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Each bedroom includes queen size beds and TV. Rooms feature private or shared access to stylish bathrooms equipped with showers, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.
The entire house is at your disposal. In the yard there is a swimming pool, an outdoor playground (ping pong, gym), an indoor game room (billiards and darts) and an outdoor kitchen. We also have a space for playing volleyball and badminton.
Take advantage of the area for recreation and swimming, hiking and fishing, and enjoy nature and numerous opportunities by the water. If you are planning excursions and activities in the area, there is a park nearby, the Otok mladosti promenade. If you are a cycling enthusiast, there is also a promenade along the Drava River nearby. It is also located near interesting cities such as Zagreb, Prelog and Varaždin.

Our villa covers an area of 5,000 m² and is surrounded by greenery and forest. In the area next to the forest, there is an outdoor fitness zone featuring a table tennis setup, a children’s playground, and a fenced court suitable for volleyball, mini football, or badminton. At the lower part of the property, you’ll find an illuminated mini golf course covering an area of 200 m².
Villa Alea is located just 1 km from the town promenade, making it an ideal place for nature walks or spending relaxing days outdoors with your family.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Villa Alea. This policy helps us maintain the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests.
We’re happy to welcome guests celebrating special occasions. We aim to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests and our neighbors. Smaller, respectful gatherings are welcome upon prior agreement with the host.
Yes, a baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
Please let us know in advance if you’ll need them, so we can prepare everything before your arrival and ensure a comfortable stay for your little ones.
Generally, Villa Alea has a minimum stay of two nights, as shorter stays don’t cover the additional preparation and cleaning costs. However, outside the main season, a one-night stay may be possible upon direct agreement with the owner.
